Well I'm not sure where the last month has gone since my last blog. I've not had a great month with family problems and it's impacted on my training but the delivery of my lovely new Felt bike has made me feel much better!
Swimming - no improvement as I still have bad shoulders and can only manage breaststroke. I seem to be swimming further but not any quicker.
Cycling - has up to now been on my trusty mountain bike but my first trip today on the Felt made me realise how much easier it is riding a road bike rathr than a mountain bike......on the road!
Running - (actually jogging/walking) is still slow and steady but I managed two 5 milers last week two days apart so things are looking up.
Only four weeks now until Blenheim so I just hope I keep getting better healthwise, if thats OK, I'll manage it OK!
Onwards and upwards..... :)
